Advising in respect to the RFP launched by the Ministry of Energy and Water aiming to develop solar farms owned by the private sector as part of the renewable energy strategy set by the country a few years earlier. Purpose of the RFP was to have each of the awarded bidders build a solar farm, exploit it and sell electricity to the public power grid for 25 years.
