Advising Electricité de Zahlé in respect to the drafting and negotiation of the Public Private Partnership Agreement (PPP) executed with the Electricité du Liban (EDL) under the supervision of the Ministry of Energy and Water. The Agreement covered power purchase from EDL, power production through privately-owned generators, operation and maintenance of the grid, sale of electricity to customers, collection of invoices payments, customers support, etc.
